Every lawn tells a story. We know what to look for.
Yellowing grass, bare patches and persistent weeds are symptoms. TurfSense™ gives us a structured way to look at the whole property before recommending a program. We record what we can see, where problems occur and which site conditions may be contributing.

What happens during TurfSense™?+
We inspect and document the turf type, visible condition, weeds and site factors such as sun, irrigation, drainage and signs of physical stress. We then discuss the findings and the program that fits your goals and lawn conditions.
Does TurfSense™ include a soil test?+
Soil sampling is part of an authorized Mako Signature™ evaluation. Coastal Core™ does not include a soil test; we can discuss whether Mako Signature™ is appropriate when the lawn's conditions call for deeper testing.
How often will Green Fin visit my property?+
Our annual turf programs include eight scheduled treatments, generally spaced about five to eight weeks apart. If a turf issue arises between treatments, contact us and we will check in on the property as needed. Scheduled timing may shift with weather, turf development and treatment needs.
Do you mow lawns?+
Green Fin specializes in turf treatments. Mowing, landscape maintenance and broader property services are available through Mako Property Solutions.
Will treatments make every weed disappear immediately?+
No responsible turf program can promise instant or permanent weed elimination. Our Weed Shark™ approach combines prevention, selective control, monitoring and improved turf health to reduce pressure over time.
